Anyone who has been to Medellín can tell you that a private party in Medellin will be the highlight of your trip.

Private parties combine the thrill of Medellin nightlife with the most amazing women you’ll ever party with. But with new police regulations and the pandemic, private parties are becoming more frowned upon.

This is why we here at Medellin VIP decided to get a place of our own and practice what we preach.

We’d like to introduce you to Casa Vegas. Medellin VIP’s brand new property built for those looking to stay in the best sector of the city and host their own parties.

Party in Medellin at Casa Vegas

Back when Medellin first blew up as a bachelor party destination, landlords would let their Airbnb guests party as long as they left a security deposit. This caused the Parque Lleras sector to become a hub for crazy parties, police visits, and complaints from neighbors.

Parque Lleras got so bad that police would know when and where big groups of guys were checking in and would stop by from time to time. As VIP hosts, we often had to pay these guys off just to avoid headaches.

This is why we got a place of our own, 10 minutes away from Parque Lleras and in a sector called La Aguacatala (still in Poblado).

Amenities and Price at Casa Vegas

The property is party-friendly and boasts 6 huge suites and 1 additional bedroom that may be used as well.

  • 7 Bedrooms
  • 14 Beds
  • Huge pool
  • 12 person jacuzzi
  • Underground nightclub
  • Full-Time Butler
  • Daily Maid Service

We include an around-the-clock butler. The butler will not only serve you drinks and make sure you have everything you need but also check “guests” IDs and let you know if you’re getting too rowdy.

The price starts at $700 for 1-6 guests and an additional $50 per night per person. You can book this 7-Bedroom mansion directly through us via a telephone call or via Airbnb.

Why Casa Vegas?

You’ve probably done a quick Airbnb search and have found a lot of great properties in Medellin. Some close to the nightlife, others too far and are wondering, why should we choose casa vegas?

Well, Casa vegas is a 7-minute drive from Parque Lleras which makes it close to the action but far from the noise. It’s located in a safe and residential area and our on-site staff will go above and beyond making sure you have everything you need.

If you’re a group of 6+, you’re going to have guests over and you’re going to make noise. Anything within the vicinity of Parque Lleras will potentially draw unnecessary attention. And anything away from El Poblado will be too far to commute from the main nightlife areas.

Private Party in Medellin at the Underground Nightclub

Now that you’re familiar with our property, amenities, and staff, we’d like to show you the property’s main selling point.

We built an underground nightclub right under the jacuzzi initially to keep the noise inside. We then added furniture, a DJ booth, and stripper poles to bring the party to us.

Little did we know that our guests would go out during the day to get some IG-worthy footage (worth their weight in gold) and after that, all our bachelors wanted to do was head back home.

Our VIP concierge service can help coordinate some hostesses to accompany you to your underground nightclub.

House Rules

But it all can’t be fun and games, we do have some house rules that need to be kept in place. Here are the 10 commandments of casa vegas for a perfect party in Medellín.

  1. No underage guests
  2. All registered guests need to have an official ID
  3. No DJs or additional speakers
  4. No Large parties or events
  5. 1-2 additional visitors per guest (depends on the number of male guests staying at the property)
  6. No smoking in the bedrooms
  7. Special guests cannot have Colombian males accompany them to sit and wait for them. 9/10 this is an issue.
  8. Please keep your personal belongings locked and away from guests. We will not be held responsible in case of theft.
  9. All additional male guests spending the night will be charged accordingly $50 USD per person.
  10. No walking around the neighborhood past midnight to avoid issues with neighbors.

Best time to visit Medellín

Covid has really put a stop to travel but in a time where most of us can’t wait to get out, Colombia is currently open for leisure.

Memorial day weekend this year will be fired up as it will be the first weekend of summer where we’re allowed to travel since 2019.

Medellín is the city of eternal spring but the best time to visit is any month that isn’t April due to it being our rainiest month. We recommend End of May – October as the city is the liveliest during those months. December is also a must due to the city turning on its award-winning Christmas lights.
