The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your flight date. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before travel, subject to availability, with one change permitted per service.

Your host meets you at the airport, coordinates the day-to-day logistics of your stay, handles last-minute changes, and speaks both English and Spanish — so you're never on your own.
